Having issues?
If you’re having issues with loading your garden, please try the following:
1. If you are playing Green Spot through the built-in AOL browser, try using Internet Explorer or Firefox instead. You can start Internet Explorer by clicking Start, then going to Programs, and then Internet Explorer. You can download Firefox by clicking here.
2. Upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. You can install it by clicking here.
3. Try clearing your browser’s cache by following these steps:
Internet Explorer
- Once your browser is open, click the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
- Make sure the General tab is selected.
- Click Delete Files in the Temporary Internet Files section and click OK.
Firefox
- Once your browser is open, click the Tools menu and select Clear Private Data
- Remove checks from everything except cache. Leave cache checked.
- Click Clear Private Data Now.
