Green Spot Update
Hi Everyone,
There are definitely errors and bugs affecting 4% of all Green Spot users. Those remaining issues present quite a challenge to us here! We know it is frustrating for those of you affected, and we apologize. We realize you just want to play a game that works, and we hear that! We all want that same thing….
We have a Team dedicated to nothing else except diagnosing and fixing bugs. Of course we have another Team to continue developing features that many of you have requested, things that will enhance the game even more in weeks to come. But the best way for tracking and removing bugs is to have specific input from those of you willing to assist in the effort. The more people send us the requested information, along with whatever additional details they can also provide, the faster we can get the game running smoothly for everyone.
Most people are still eliminating problems with the suggestions we’ve already posted: updating their Flash Player and emptying their cache (temp files). For the small percentage not helped by such measures, we would really appreciate your assistance in tracking the problem down. In the email, please tell us:
1) a reminder of the issue
2) your MySpace URL (so we can find you!)
3) the version number of your Flash Player
4) the version number and name of the Web Browser you are using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.)
5) any other specifics about what you were doing, what you are unable to do, results you see, etc..
